Jonathan Lujan has over 20 years of experience, with prior roles including VP & GM of Lifeline Vascular Care under Davita Healthcare, Investment Banker at JPMorgan, Chief Growth Officer of Surgical Information Systems, and Director at GE Healthcare. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s of Science from University at Albany.

Sean Porrini has over 20 years of experience as a CFO for healthcare companies, including IFIDA Healthcare, Continuum Health Alliance, Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners, Rothman Orthopaedics, and Sight Growth Partners. He is also an Adjunct Faculty Lecturer at Thomas Jefferson University. Sean holds board seats in various technology, ambulatory surgery, and insurance entities. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Mensa Association. His expertise includes orchestrating successful private equity exits, managing aggressive growth, and improving financial performance by developing talent and infrastructure to create scalability.
Brad Kligman

Dr. Brad Kligman, who joined our SightMD New York practice in 2016, has been instrumental in the company’s growth. He has provided exceptional patient care for nine years at various clinics, including Smithtown and Manhasset, where he built a successful practice. Dr. Kligman held key roles as the inaugural president of the Emerging Leadership Council (ELC) and Clinical Director of Physician Recruitment, onboarding over 40 physicians. He also served as president of the NY State Ophthalmology Society (NYSOS) and recently earned his Executive MBA from Columbia Business School. His extensive clinical and administrative experience uniquely qualifies him for this new position.

Sheryl Blumberg has over 25 years of Human Resources / People Services experience. She is a highly knowledgeable strategic business partner, leader and authority on HR policies, practices, and transactions. Sheryl’s decades of experience and expertise building physician practice platforms will continue to enhance and align our People Services division to Sight Growth Partners’ mission, vision and core values. Prior to joining SGP, Sheryl was the Vice President of Human Resources for NAPA Management Services.
Jennifer Thacher brings over 10 years of experience in healthcare and operations management, as well as a BA in Psychology and an MBA from St. Joseph’s College. As the current Director of Operations, Jennifer provides oversight of mergers and acquisitions, leadership and change management, development of policies to improve efficiencies, all while being a leader, mentor, and coach to her teammates.

Brandi Martin

Stephanie Bates has more than 20 years’ experience working in Revenue Cycle Management in a variety of specialties. She has held leadership positions in several PE backed companies, focusing on process improvement and scalability. Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational dynamics from Immaculata University in Pennsylvania. She is excited to support the company’s mission and be part of the Sight Growth Partners family.
Christian Jaramillo has worked with Sight Growth Partners for 21 years, after attending Farmingdale State College. Beginning his career as an entry level technician, he has since become IT Director and manages a team across multiple locations, overseeing the architecture and implementation of all operational and business support systems used to operate and manage the business.
Alex Agurok has 14 years of experience, including previous roles as Vice President of M&A at a Dental Implant Partnership Network and Director of Finance at a major Dental Support Organization. He has a proven track record of leading M&A, Finance, and Corporate Strategy functions in healthcare. Alex’s expertise includes working closely with private equity sponsors and senior executives to orchestrate numerous successful buy-side transactions and private equity exits. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Leela Pathak is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Finance. She has a strong background in leading Accounts Payable, with expertise in system solutions, procurement implementations, and SOX compliance. Leela is committed to providing courteous and timely customer service to all stakeholders and collaborates with her team to develop best practices. A graduate of St. John’s University, she has led Accounts Payable departments in both the public and private sectors for companies like WP Carey, 1800 Flowers, and Parts Authority.
Morgan Wagner has more than 5 years of experience in health care management across specialties and a decade of managerial experience across industries. Morgan earned a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University in New York. As Director of Integration, Morgan guides newly acquired practices through the integration process into the Sight Growth Partners organization. With a focus on patient experience and efficiency, Morgan and her team ensure that each new practice feels supported, welcomed, and connected to our mission.
